Vendor Registration Fees
In Town: $40
Out-of-Town: $50
Food Truck: $60
Nonprofit/Community Orgs: Free
Registration must be paid in advance by cash, check or money order payable to the Town of Mount Gilead. Payments may be made at Town Hall, 207 N. Main Street, or mailed to P.O. Box 325, Mount Gilead, NC 27306.
Vendor applications and payment are due September 30, 2026, and spaces are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Mount Gilead Fall Festival is a community tradition built around bringing people together, supporting our local community and creating a day that families, neighbors and visitors can enjoy together. Community support helps the Town provide the entertainment, activities and experiences that make the festival special.

Ready to Support Fall Festival? Complete the sponsorship form and return it with payment to Town Hall at 207 N. Main Street, mail it to P.O. Box 325, Mount Gilead, NC 27306, or email it to info@mtgileadnc.com. Checks should be made payable to the Town of Mount Gilead.
To guarantee inclusion on printed festival signage, sponsorships should be received by October 3, 2026. Sponsorships received after October 3 are still welcome and will receive full digital recognition.
